ROBERTO CANALES, M.D.
Roberto Canales, M.D. obtained a Medical Degree at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, in Mexico City. He completed his Pediatric Residency at Texas Tech University in Thomason General Hospital of El Paso Texas .
With the desire to continue his medical education, he obtained a Fellowship in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at TUFTS New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Post Doctorate Fellow in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology (Cancer Research) at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
With more than 30 years of experience Roberto Canales, M.D. provides General Pediatrics, and Pediatric Hematology and Oncology services to children throughout community.
ROBERTO CANALES CHAVEZ, M.D.
Roberto Canales Chavez, M.D. is a Pediatrician with a College Degree and a Clinical Gerontology Master of Science at Baylor University, in Waco Texas. He obtained his Medical Degree at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara-School of Medicine.
After Roberto Canales Chavez, M.D. finished Medical School, he did his Pre-Internship Program at Mt. Vernon Hospital in NY. His impregnated desire to help the community without setting up boundaries, led him to become a multicutural Phisycian with 2 years of social service at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. After his social service, Roberto Canales Chavez, M.D. finished a Pediatric Residency at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York where He completed the PGY- 4 Year as Chief Residency.
Throughout his carreer he has been awarded for his dedication and persistency. One of his recognitions is the Top 25% of Class award in Medical School, and a Certificate of Aknowledgement for Outstanding work on internal medicine rotation.
SHELLEY S. LAZARO, M.D.
Shelley S. Lazaro, M.D. is a licensed Pediatrician with the Physician Licensure Exam , Philippine Board of Medicine, the Diplomate, Phillipine Pediatric Society, the ECFMG Certification, and American Board of Pediatrics Board Certified in General Pediatrics.
She finished he BS of Biology at University of the Philippines, Manila, Philippines, and later on accomplished her Doctor of medicine degree at University of the Philippines. Manila Philippines.
Shelley S. Lazaro, M.D. has accomplished different certifications including the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider Certification, and the Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification.
KATHY FOSTER, MSN, RN, FNP-BC
Kathy Foster, MSN, RN, FNP-BC is a Nursing Lincesed Provider by the High Risk Neonatal Nurse, NAACOG, the Advance Nursing Practice-Family Nurse Practicioner Program, Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse, NBCHN, and the RN Texas Licensure.
Kathy Foster acquired her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. University of Texas at El Paso following by a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at El Paso: Major Parent/Child Health, Minor Administration.
Later on she decided to Finish a Post Masters Degree in Nursing Administration at the University of Texas at El Paso, a Post Masters (FNP Core courses) at Texas Tech University, and a Post Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at El Paso.
VANESSA AVELAR-LEZAMA, CPNP
Vanessa Avelar-Lezama, CPNP is a Licensed Nurse Provider with the Board Certified - PNCB, Texas Pediatric Nurse Practicioner License, and the Texas (Compact) Registered Nurse License.
